  2. Eligibility for File Returns/Exchanges:
    Time Frame: Goods may be returned or exchanged with the seller within [30/60] days after their receipt.
    Condition: Clothes and shoes can be used only once, so they must be in non-used condition, packed with their tags. Second, products that have been washed before, or items that have been used, cannot be returned or exchanged.
    Non-Returnable Items: This policy also states that products purchased based on customer’s order, needs or size like clothing, accessories or household items, products on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. File Return/Exchange Process:
    A. Returns:
    Initiate Return: Customers can initiate a return by sending an email to [ returns@printsbymitu.com] or through the ‘Return Request’ section on our website, with the following details:

Product Name(s)
Reason for Return
Return Authorization: You will be given a return authorization within [2-3] business days. This kind of authorization has to be used by customers to process their returns.

Shipping Returns: Shipping charges for returning the item are to be borne by the customer except in case of product defects or our mistake.

Refund Process: If the returned item is received and accepted, refunds will be processed within [5-7] business days. All refunds will be made directly to the original payment option that has been used.

B. Exchanges:
Initiate Exchange: To make an exchange, customers should go through the same first steps as in the return process.

Exchange Authorization: The sending of an exchange authorization will be communicated to the customer.

Shipping for Exchanges: In cases where an exchange is made because of a ripped off garment, wrong size, or design flaws, Prints by Mitu pays for the shipment. Otherwise, the charges will be borne by the customer including the shipping fees.

New Shipment: The customer will be dispatched the replacement item after the returned item has been received together with the inspection done on the returned item.
